If you live an hour away from work, we aren’t suggesting you leave at dawn to arrive for your 9am start, however there are still ways that you can have a morning stroll. Perhaps, if you get the train to work, you could walk to the station, or make the short stroll from the bus stop if you live too far away, rather than parking in the closest car park.

There is no better feeling than the morning sun on your face or the crisp winter air in your lungs. A walk is a great way to start the day feeling energised and enthusiastic – we always feel more productive after we’ve been out in the great outdoors…you never know, your boss might even thank you when you end up getting more done!
