Train + Cycle
There are a few rules around taking your bicycle on a train in Kent, so let us help.
- You may take your bike on any Southeastern train, unless the train arrives or departs London during peak hours.
- There are less restrictions around folding bikes. On Southeastern you may take these on any train. On Eurostar train you may take folding bikes on any train but you may be required to cover your bike and store in the luggage rack.
Bus
With National Express, you are able to bring your bike along if it’s folding or carried in an appropriate padded bag.
Generally though, bikes are not allowed on buses.
