A new parkrun has opened up at The Leas, Minster! Parkrun organise weekly 5k runs all around the world. Accessible to all, these runs are completely free, all you have to do is register beforehand.
Run at your own pace for your own enjoyment, there is no pressure to keep up with the rest of the group, the most important thing is to enjoy yourself whilst being active. This course is run entirely on concrete paths along the seafront.
