Age UK Hythe and Lyminge provide Independent Living services that include Community Transport, it is a community based driving scheme for people living in and around Hythe. The service is available to support people to access hospital appointments, foot clinics, day centres, shops, visits to friends or anywhere else you would like to go.
Drivers are volunteers and paid staff, staff and volunteers do use their own vehicles however we do have the use of company vehicles that are adapted for wheelchair access.
Drivers will wait for you at your chosen destination or they will come back and collect you later.
